This year the 18th annual Mackinac Island Chili Cookoff will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2012. Chili tasting will take place from noon to 4pm at Cawthorne’s Village Inn on Hoban Street. Just purchase a scorecard at the door and you are on your way to tasting and judging some amazing chili prepared by local chefs & visiting gourmets. Scores will be tallied by 5pm, winners announced and prizes awarded.
