Convention, Meeting, Group & Student Travel Resources
The Mackinac Island Tourism Bureau provides a full range of complimentary services for travel planners with groups requiring 10 or more rooms
- Request For Proposal: Email us your requirements and we will forward it to all group sales persons for you.
Please include dates of arrival and departure, number of guests, number of rooms needed, preferred activities, meals and any other special requests.
- Visitors Guides: We are pleased to send you as many visitor guides as necessary for your group. Should you prefer, we offer complimentary mailing of visitors guides to your travelers. Simply email us an excel spreadsheet with contact information and we will take it from there. Be sure to allow two to three weeks for our guides to reach your clients. We wil not share your addresses with anyone at any time.
- Attractions: Our staff is pleased to suggest options for tours, activities and events as well as events for significant others while your group attends conferences, meetings, etc. Call us 800-454-5227 year 'round. Summer season, we are open daily from 9am-5pm, Winter season, we are open Monday through Friday 10am-4:30pm.
- Your own page on www.mackinacisland.org: If you plan to meet in our area, we are pleased to offer online information for activities, acccommodations and more specifically for your group on our website. For a sample, click here.
