Mackinac Island Lilac Festival 10K Run/Walk & 1/4 Mile Kids Run
The Annual Mackinac Island Lilac Festival begins this weekend. Enjoy the special events, the scent of lilacs, and a great race. Race begins east with a run or walk through historic downtown Mackinac Island, turning onto a challenging uphill, flattening out to a slight downhill, through the wooded-center of the Island. Eight Mile Run & Walk
Experience Mackinac Island in one of the oldest and most scenic events in Michigan. Over 2000 runners and walkers will gather at Mission Point Resort to run and walk the 8 mile perimeter of Mackinac Island.This course is fast and flat but the scenery is so beautiful, you may just decide to relax and enjoy!
