“A Day in the Park” Open House and Reception

Join us in celebrating 125 years of Mackinac Island State Park as captured in art. “A Day in the Park” will be celebrated with awards and reception outside The Richard and Jane Manoogian Mackinac Art Museum. This event is open and free to the public.

For this special anniversary exhibition we encouraged artists working in all media to share with us their artistic visions of Mackinac Island State Park. Subjects may be historic buildings, dramatic limestone formations, tranquil vistas, forested trails, water views, or whatever subject best captures the artist’s vision of Michigan’s first State Park.
