Watercolor Cafe: Mackinac Bridge Paint & Sip

Create your own masterpiece with a step-by-step painting event, guided by Michigan artist Lea Vena. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to join. All painting materials are provided! Just bring your fun-loving friends and your favorite beverage!
Events last approximately two hours, at the end of which you get to take home your artwork. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to start time. Canvas size is 11×14’“ and paint is acrylic.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
In a small farm town in west Michigan, Lea Vena started her creative journey as a self-taught artist. She prefers to work with watercolor, acrylic and colored pencils and loves a lot of color, contrast and detail in her work. Lea pushes her work to seem on the border of realism but turns it around to the whimsical and dreamy category. She has shown in ArtPrize and other locations in West Michigan. Lea believes that, “All you need to succeed is faith, patience, confidence and perseverance.”
