Relaxing Watercolor

Discover the possibilities of watercolor painting! Michigan artist and graphic designer Kelly Anderson will lead you through exploration exercises so you will be able to paint your own Mackinac Island travel memory: the Round Island Lighthouse. No previous watercolor experience necessary, but some simple drawing will be required.
All supplies provided. Students will leave with a better understanding of watercolors, and their own painting complete with a mat to display your piece.
About the Instructor
Kelly Anderson is a surface pattern designer from Ann Arbor, MI. Utilizing watercolors, she creates designs that are transformed into beautiful, fun and colorful patterns for textiles, wallpaper, stationery, branding and more.
